Reporting a wrong opening time
Corrections from people who pass the shop every day are the most valuable thing we receive. The more of these details you can include, the faster we can update the page.

We check every correction before publishing it, usually against the bookmaker's own store finder or the local council's register of gambling premises. If the change is confirmed, the page is updated and the live open or closed status follows straight away.
Festive times: shops set their own Christmas and New Year hours and usually post them in the window from mid-December. Photos of those cards are especially welcome in December.
Questions for a bookmaker
We are an independent directory of opening times. We are not owned by, and cannot act for, Betfred, William Hill, Ladbrokes, Coral, Paddy Power or any other bookmaker.
We can't see or change anything to do with your betting. That includes accounts, logins, bets, cash-outs, payouts, withdrawals, identity checks, free bet offers and self-exclusion. Please don't send us account numbers, betting slips or card details.
Where to go instead
For a problem with a bet or an account, contact the bookmaker's own customer services first, either online or at the counter in the shop. If you have been through their complaints process and are still not satisfied, you can take the complaint to an independent dispute resolution service such as IBAS, which the bookmaker should name in its final response.

How we use your email
We use your email address and anything you send only to reply to you and to check the information you have given us. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't pass your details to bookmakers or advertisers.
If you send a photo of a window card, we use it to confirm the times. We don't publish your name or your photo unless you ask us to.
